Nedbank Greed.

I’m very shocked how some banks treat customers. I owned a business property with a business partner financed through Nedbank. This property fell behind in payment as my partner absconded. There was a mutual deal from Nedbank to help me sell this property and help with Nedbank assist to write off 50% of the shortfall. We are now behind again due to many reasons in our economy and effect of the Covid pandemic. Nedbank has now cancelled the 50% assistance because of missed payments. I am willing to pay the original amount what was agreed too. They are not willing to negotiate thru their lawyers. To me this is just plain greed. I don’t agree that Nedbank’s campaign caters for small business. We’ve had many properties financed through Nedbank and have had successful business accounts with Nedbank. I left because of an overdraft been taken away without explanation. Whats going to result in this is that even when i tried to sort this, i will have to liquidate and close down my company with all my staff loosing their much needed jobs which i painstakingly kept thru Covid. And this is a bank that claim they are for small business. I think not.
