Nedbank got me my money back

#win In May I was having a situation whereby the merchant sold me counterfeit goods and they told me that will never get my refund back because I'm telling people about their horrible service. I was stressed and I had no one to help me. I decide to call the nedbank ***** number and I got a guy by the name of Kirgen or Tirgen he then advised me to got to me braamfontein branch to be assisted with the dispute. When I got to braamfontein a teller name Dipuo assisted me very properly and she even gave me hope that I will be assisted. After 2 weeks of doing so Sfiso Nkabinde and Lebogang from the dispute team got me my money back and they also gave me a wonderful service. All I'm saying is I do not regret choosing nedbank as my bank I thought my situation would take month but with their proper advise I got it within two weeks. I am very thankful for the team and please keep on assisting others.
