Nedbank good service

I have had a problem with Nedbank Langeberg Mall for a while until I decided to actually go into the bank and try and sort it out. The lady ( Savvy) was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to help. We eventually got it sorted out and I am forever grateful for her help. She phoned back when she said she would and even phoned me after banking hours to tell me all was sorted for which I also received a sms.
