Nedbank Gold Credit Card Overcharge

I have an additional Nedbank Gold credit card for my wife and the fee for 2020 according to Nedbank's pricing brochure is R20 including VAT but in their November and December credit card statements they charged R32 for the additional card. I have spoken to their call centre staff on numerous occasions, the last being with Moses on 18 December 2020 (Nedbank Reference number ***1) who was very pleasant but this issue has still not been corrected as my latest Nedbank's statement indicates. I have wasted a lot of my time and money on calls and feel that I am taking to a brick wall at this stage .
