Nedbank going downhill.

Very very bad experience all the time. You are entrusted with my money but cant even handle it properly as per agreements. I took out a loan with a specific date (25th) of when it should be debited, all fine and dandy until the last debit order and now a debit order today without my approval. I didn't agree to any of this especially a change in debit orders dates. If I decided to not pay nedbank you'd have lawyers and be quick to call etc and have me pay it. Ive been a nedbank client for over 30 years and always offered the highest interest rates! This is an agreement 🤝 or contract that we both accepted. You have breeched the contract and changed dates without my approval.
