Nedbank going above and beyond!

It is so easy to get caught up in complaining and not acknowledging good service. I recently needed to go into Nedbank Longbeach Mall for service not available on the banking app. What an absolute pleasure to be met at the door by the very competent and friendly Manager on a Saturday morning. The queue was handled in a manner that brought smiles to faces, rather than s***ls and tears. Maybe Home Affairs could learn some lessons from them. In and out in less than 30 minutes with everything I needed and really comfortable seating for the few minutes of waiting. Well done to all the staff at the Longbeach branch in Noordhoek.
