Nedbank goes all the way to **** clients off with this new portal

I have had to take medication due to not only the stress in my business but mainly because the new Nedbank Portal is **********;...problem after problem. I just logged in and wanted to ask where something was on the portal...guess what nowhere to put my question NOTHING ZIPPO. If I had time I would happily go and open a bank account at another bank. This has been a very very stressful experience.
