Nedbank Go banking card blocked

I have a Go banking credit card have been paying every month although I never recieved a account from them for a few months. The problem started when I wanted to pay with my card it declined the transaction. I then went to Meyerton Nedbank and the lady told me I must FICA she took my I'd and send it off told me that it will take 2 to 3 days But nothing happened .then I went in to tree rivers branch thy told me that it is still pending. I then phoned Nedbank and the lady told me that my card was blocked I can't understand it Please rectify this for me
