Nedbank Global missing in action

I have been trying for the last 10 months to find out what is happening with my foreign loan Reserve Bank clearance application without success. The Global department seems missing in action and in particular Gail Musupi and Keneiloe Nkabinde who do not answer their emails or any queries.

If you can use another bank, these guys are just loosing the plot on business banking over the last few years
