Nedbank Global exchange department is ****

I am very very annoyed with Nedbank Gkobal Exhange division right now. I need my funds to be transferred to my foreign account while on holiday. My account was fine with available funds yesterday due to a deposit i made on Sunday FROM A NEDBANK TO NEDBANK ACCOUNT and told that funds are not cleared even though they are reflecting on my side in the money app. Besides its from nedbank to nedbank. Now this incompetence has caused me more issues with other things going on in my account which affected this transfer and which i tried to avoid . This is the second time this department makes a mess lf foreign transfers. Last time they delayed in doing my transfer and i lost out of an overseas deal in August 2019. I am sooo fed up with this departments incompetence and tortoise speed service!!
