Nedbank Global Department bad service

Nedbank Global Department is very bad, for almost two weeks now I did a payment from my Account abroad to my Nedbank account, and after I released my money from their app it never appeared to my current account, I then tried to make several calls as I spoke with 3 different consultants from Nedbank Global development without any further assistance but lies that upsets me so much. And this is so annoying as it is not the first time for Nedbank global Department giving bad stinking services when it comes to my that I am not getting from them for free

I send emails to complain and still no one is giving a damn and taking my case seriously. I really want my money as I am getting behind on paying my personal expenses and after this I am definitely not ever transferring my money via Nedbank global Department as I am sooo fed up with their bad service. I honestly fail to understand why I should always wait forever to get my money from them this is really ****ing me off the most thing that annoy me is the fact that no one is bothering to attend me after all. This is honestly unaccessible
