Nedbank Global: Customer Service Failure

I would like to formally raise my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the complete lack of customer service and resolution from Nedbank Global concerning two international transactions made from my Deutsche Bank account in February, which to date have still not been credited into my Nedbank account.

I have provided all relevant case numbers, official stamped payment receipts, transaction confirmations, and extensive supporting documentation proving that these transactions were successfully processed. In addition, I possess signed letters from senior representatives at Deutsche Bank confirming that they received confirmation from Nedbank that the funds had in fact been credited.

Despite this, I continue to receive no meaningful assistance from Nedbank Global.

Instead of taking ownership of the matter, I am repeatedly being asked to act as an intermediary between the two banks by forwarding MT103 SWIFT copies, relaying lengthy historical correspondence, and managing communication that should be taking place directly between the institutions themselves.

This is entirely unacceptable.

As a banking client, I expect a professional banking service that can be trusted to resolve international payment disputes efficiently and internally. Instead, I have effectively been forced into a full-time unpaid investigative role while my funds remain unresolved and inaccessible, with no accountability, urgency, or senior engagement from Nedbank.

My only request has been simple: That a senior representative from Nedbank directly engage with Deutsche Bank to resolve this matter institution-to-institution, rather than continuously expecting me to carry messages between banks.

The absence of accountability, escalation, and customer care has been extremely concerning.

I request that this matter please be treated with urgency and escalated immediately to senior management for direct intervention and resolution.
