Nedbank Global and Forex unprofessional

Your Forex and Global department is very unprofessional and pathetic if you ask me. They have caused both me and my client lots of hassle’s and inconvenience by going back and fourth with us. Without giving us a solution. What we require is not Rocket Science!!! A client of mine in Zambia sent me funds, however these funds were not sent to my Nedbank business account but sent to my personal account (in error). There was a mismatch with the account holder name, my client had the name of my company as the recipient, but the account number was for my personal account. I requested the client to recall the funds after one of the Nedbank Forex consultants informed me that there were incoming funds to my personal account, however the account name was incorrect. This was more than a week ago, my client still has not received his funds!!!!!!! The recall was done over a week ago!! Nedbank Forex/Global says that they have reversed the funds but they can’t even provide proof of that. Instead I am put on hold endlessly when attempting to call Nedbank until I get disconnected somehow by their telephony system. I have made endless trips to Nedbank branches at my expense and still haven’t gotten a solution. This is costing my business and causing my client hassles. Everyday my client calls for a follow up and I keep having to tell him I am waiting for Nedbank who does not have their act together.

Can someone there please do their job and get this sorted! If you reversed the funds send me proof of that please, if they haven’t been revered please reverse them. I have included all the details in an email case.
