Nedbank Glen Mall trading hours are not true reflection

I'm really disappointed with Nedbank. It is festive season, we expecting banks to open early. It's written that they open at 08:30 to 16:00. But when I get there at 08:50 branch is still closed. No visible movement inside to show that people are at work. Is Nedbank that inconsiderate of its loyal customers. Protea Glen Mall Nedbank.
