Nedbank Glen Acres Manager

I thank the manager at Glen Acres Nedbank branch manager ( Navitha Mathapersadh) for solving an Inter-bank transfer for Mr Roupa, who now resides overseas.

The problem with the transfer was left 'hanging' and Navitha took personal responsibility to solve the problem. What impressed me is: 1. She called me back within an hour, as she promised she would. (few company staff make promises to call back, and don't) 2. Within an hour of the above Navitha confirmed the funds were transferred
