Nedbank giving me some trouble to recover my money

I was hack on my account and they stole money on my account I contacted the nebank toll free number on the same day of the hack Nedbank could not explain anything to they transfer me to the ***** department to investigate and they told me to open a case and affidavit which I did and send them to Nedbank ***** department after two days I phone them to ask what is happening with my account they said I was a victim of ***** so they assigned the case to investigating officer Debbie masango then the told me the case is going to take 4 to 6 weeks now is the seven week they haven't told me anything about my money they just run around with me even now .the last time they told me my money was withdrawn via internet banking and the money went standard bank account but they still can't return my money .please help
