Nedbank giving isssues to release club account funds giving excuses of missing documentation

We opened a club account with Nedbank in July and we started saving every month with my friends, and now it’s January when we went and tried to withdraw our savings they are now telling us that there are missing documents and which we were not alerted of those but their consultant on the day we opened the account advised us that all documents are in order and we want our money we want to use it for our kids stationary and transport and fees and now the problem is if there was missing documents why open the account and they keep giving different stories and went to the bank 3 days in a row at mall of Africa with relevant documents but still no resolution, they are really failing our club members
