Nedbank gives terrible service

Nedbank is the worst bank! I have been sitting at the branch for 2 hours now, I have called their call centre 5 times and they keep transferring me from one consultant to the next with no solution. I’m so frustrated with this bank! Can someone who has dealt with them help me, any ideas are welcome because at this point Nedbank has been so useless they can’t help me in the branch or even through their call centre. ?
