Nedbank gives a damn about its customers.

I have been calling Nedbank from the 20 of April and to this day the 7th of May nobody has returned my call. We even sent a call back request and still nothing. Everytime I call to enquire I'm told I have to wait 48 hours then someone will call be back. Nedbank home loans is so unprofessional. I was even told that there is no number to call me back. I have been with Nedbank for 15 years and they have no details of me but they still take the payments. Another lady said she will call me the next day to follow up. Maybe she got sick or something cos she didn't or maybe she just another lazy consultant like the rest!!!!
