Nedbank get yourselves together!

I contacted nedbank on Saturday to remove an account that is no longer useful to me. Then the guy decided to try and start selling me stuff instead of focusing on what he needed to do. Today, I went an used my account the whole day. As I was about to make an online payment. I see in my app my account shows as pending activation. I call nedbank and they say that my account has been flagged for *****.... how? When I called them they gave me this ref number: ***. How did i get flagged for *****. I have money i am expecting i have bills to pay and you deactivated my account without giving me a proper reason. Fix it now I need access to my funds immediately I have bills to pay. Why the hell was i flagged for *****
