NEDBANK !! Get your act together

I’ve been standing outside the bank for an hour. I’m 66 years old and not a chair in sight. I was told (with no hint of apology) that there are only 2 people dealing with queries today. It’s month end by the way. The bank manager is also not in today. I’ve been a client for 40 years but I’m thinking that at this rate it won’t be 41. The service is shocking and the don’t care attitude even more so.
