Nedbank get your ACT TOGETHER!!

Nedbank please GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! I went into Nedbank Herm**** and was horrified to find it as follows...The floor was unwashed,the old couches in the middle of the floor look like something from a ****** scene, the staff was standing chewing bubblegum the one had a huge black horse hair wig on the head the other staff members looked sedated The place smelt stale inside very very off putting!!I stood in queue at enquirers for an hour twenty and am closing my account!!
