NEDBANK GET BACK TO ME TO AVOID FURTHER LEGAL ACTION PLEASE!!!!!!!

I am absolutely shocked at what Nedbank has done. I had a loan from 2008 (17 years ago!!!!) and in November 2024 I had R180 deducted from my account with the reference 'internally affected'. When I queried this I was told it was for a loan that was R2000 in deficit. I tried to contact the legal department countless times I was either made to hold on the phone and then cut off and no one ever got back to me despite numerous promises. In January 2025, I had R236 taken off for the same loan. Yesterday I had R1978 taken off without any forewarning. I am a single mother who supports my kids and this is half the month's food money taken FOR A PRESCRIBED LOAN WHICH WHEN I SOUGHT LEGAL ADVICE IS NOT ACTUALLY LAWFUL!!!! Can someone please get back to me and refund this money and actually contact me for a payment plan without just robbing me blind, which is the legal and humane way to do this?????? I am disgusted in Nedbank and I want this sorted with immediate effect please!!!!!!
