Nedbank get agents to call for account that is up to date

I paid Nedbank before month end. Due to 1 November 2021 being declared a holiday, payment reached them on 2nd November. Had a call from them 1st on o November where I explained that payment was made before month end, as normal. Now I get calls every freaking day advising my account is in arrears. In the end, they charge " legal fees". Someone in Nedbank is benefitting from providing their friends with business development hat charge these unwarranted charges. They seem to be the most unprofessional bank that do not know what's happening in their organisation. I am extremely annoyed !
