Nedbank Germiston Golden ealk mall staff are the pits !!! The customer service there is so low the consultants chat with securities about their broken heaters while assisting you. You go there for assistance but you end up leaving being angry and confused. They blocked my card and I got zero explanation why, the consultant who helped me didn't even care to explain mind you she didn't even introduce herself this branch is being run like a ****a shop I'm very disappointed.
