NEDBANK GALLERIA MALL.

Recently opened a business account, and the assigned branch and banker was at the Galleria mall branch. Since opening my account I received no help or assistance from the Business Banker Ms C. Pillay. Terrible service. As a business banking client and at the branch they kept telling me she will call to help with my queries but its been 6 months and she hasn't made an attempt.

I Called small business banking customer care and they had told me she will be in contact within 24hours, its been three days. I do not recommend the Galleria branch bankers. FNB is much better.
