Nedbank Funeral Stockvel/Poor Service

This review is regarding the Nedbank Protea Gardens branch in particular for the poor services they have provided regarding the opening of a funeral stockvel the congregation of INHLALAMANDLA had app**** for in 2019. As a congregation we have been paying the monthly agreed premiums however to our surprise the funeral stockvel has not been opened. Instead these funds are sitting in that savings account without the correct product being assigned to us. It’s very disappointing that in two years time we as a congregation do not have the agreed and signed for funeral product from Nedbank and had we not reviewed we would not have known until claim time. This is unacceptable.
