NEDBANK FUNERAL POLICY CANCELLED AFTER NON-PAYMENT DURING 2 MONTH COVID GRACE PERIOD!!!

I have written to Nedbank over 6 times and still had no reply!! My domestic that has worked for me for over 30 years had her funeral policy CANCELLED due to the fact that she did not pay her TWO months instalment over the COVID GRACE PERIOD THE ENTIRE COUNTRY GOT!!! They carried on taking her instalments afterwards for nearly a year without telling her the policy was CANCELLED. She only found out last month - when she queried her policy at the local branch - she was told they will refund her R400 but that there was nothing they can do about re-instating it. I find this horrific to say the least - it was a NATIONAL PANDEMIC AFTER ALL AND THE WHOLE COUNTRY WAS GIVEN A GRACE PERIOD!!
