Nedbank Funeral Policy

What an ************* service with Nedbank Life. I had taken a funeral cover for a relative of mine who passed away in 18 November 2025 upon submission Nedbank never made any successful communication to me. Silent when I made a follow up got told a insurance claim acesseor was needing to speak to me despite me advising why no emails or any form of making sure we get hold of each other. What a hassel it is never trusting Nedbank for anything I'm canceling all my existing services with them. Premiums paid person dies from natural illnesses but they treat people like you've killed someone for the claim Very very terrified with their service
