Nedbank funeral cover - BAD SERVICE

I am really very disappointed in my experience with Nedbank regarding this funeral cover claim. It is frustrating because my expectations weren't met, especially during such an emotionally sensitive time.

I've been a loyal client for more than 8 years and took out cover for my family and those dear to me. I have buried the deceased today and incurred a lot of debt due to that. They dont want to pay a valid claim and advice me to cancel the cover which i claim for and they declined the claim
