Nedbank - Funds charged and using COVID as an excuse. This is ***** and *******ION!!!!

I have realized that there is additional funds and maintenance fees being deducted from my account, 2 x Amounts of R185.00 on the 12th October 2020 and additional 2 x Amounts of R185.00 on the 19th October 2020 which is a total of R740.00 and the description is for card fees, but I do not even have additional cards. I phoned Nedbank and they said they now need to recover the fees that was not charged during the COVID Lockdown. There were funds in my account and they did not charge the fees, why must I now be penalized with once off amounts that I did not budget for. They say I need to go into the Branch to make arrangements to pay this off. I never consented for additional charges to be debited from my account nor did I request to freeze my monthly maintenance Fee's. I am sick and tired to hear about COVID and now that we have to pay the price for this... Who has R740 to just throw away once-off
