Nedbank full of nonsense

Good day, i have paid up my loan and received paid up letter. There was access that was supposed to be paid back to me but they used the old fnb account. I called and provided tje account to use. To this date o have not received any payment. I have been buying airtime to call but NEDBANK people are takong me from pillar to post. Seems like no one knows what they are doing and its really xhausting. Hope u can assist me. My contact numbers are *** or ***.
