Nedbank Frustrations

Since I got my personal loan in January 2020, my debit order has always gone off on the 1st of every month.

Today, for some reason, the debit order has gone off on the 25th of July 2020. I mean seriously ***??? Who changed the debit order date without my approval? More so, my salary only comes in on the EVENING of the 25th and this Nedbank personal loan debit order goes off in the MORNING! ***??? Where will the money come from in the morning when my salary only comes in the evening???

This is serious incompetence!
