Nedbank - frustrated at being on hold....

Disappointed and frustrated with Nedbank after ********** activity in my account, after blocking my cards and online profile, more money was withdrawn the following day, been hours on various calls to centre numbers but no joy. Been inside my branch and after 4 calls with consultant 2 hours later, still no answers...
