NEDBANK FRUAD DEPARTMENT-TERRIBLE SERVICE LEVELS

My son has a savings account and is still in school, I am trying to teach him how the financial world operates. In fact I have four suns all with these accounts. However my one son has had endless problems with ***** on his account. This is now the 3rd time that we have reported ***** on his account, with the last two incidents resolved and he was forced to get new cards. On the 3rd time, we have filled in all the forms and sent off to the ***** department in March of 2022.
