Nedbank froze my account!

Hi I have been with Nedbank for 20 years, a week ago they decide they are going to freeze my account. No email or letter confirming reasons from them, the bits and pieces you get from visiting numerous branches, and pretty unhelpful staff does not help much either. Funds are untouchable, I'm in removals, so I cant even touch the money, to pay for diesel, deliveries or pick-ups....my business is dead in the water. You get a call centre no to phone, …what a joke...you can never speak to the person involved. I would love to close the account, funds unavailable....they wont even give you your, in this case my clients money...…I have clients waiting for deliveries, waiting for pick-ups...…..what do I say to them?? NEDBANK NOW IS AN ANTIQUATED SHADOW OF ITS FORMER SELF!!!!
