Nedbank, friendly, helpful, but also not friendly and not helpful.

Without any warning my Nedbank account was "pending activation" restricted. On the app I chatted with a friendly and highly competent Nqobani and was informed within 10 minutes to two hours it will be opened. However many hours later someone Silfanie (?) was totally unhelpful. I went into Nedbank at Clearwater Mall. What a waste of time. Many people siting around and when I eventually found an official, I was told the waiting time is 30 minutes! Nedbank how about open it it without any further delay.
