Nedbank Freezing My Account Every 2 days

Nedbank froze my account 3 times despite having submitted FICA documents in February. I wonder what kind of service is this.

I wonder why Nedbank froze my account 3 times in a week. I reported the matter last week at Randburg CBD branch last week Friday and they opened my account on Saturday.After two days of using my account,my account was frozen again on Monday.I went to report the matter on Monday.They opened on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, they froze my account again.I wonder what manner of service is this.I no longer feel safe to bank with Nedbank because any day they feel like shutting my account, they just close it and I get stuck.

I am certainly considering changing my bank account because I am now fed up.
