NEDBANK FREES 80 YEAR OLD
Dear Nedbank,<br> <br> Thank you for proving that all Nedbank employees are like Thato from Insurance. Robin from your Hellopeter team is absolutely fantastic<br> <br> <br> He called. He worked hard to sort out my query and he kept me informed every step of the way. This is customer service. <br> <br> The end result was that Nedbank replaced the motor for my mom, even though the rejection of the claim was not the issue. <br> <br> Robin I thank you. you are an example for all.<br> <br> Alice Ceronie<br>
