NEDBANK **********LY DEDUCTING CHARGES FOR AMEX THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO ME! CLEARLY AN INSIDE JOB.....

While checking my MASTER CARD charges this morning, I discovered number of PAYPAL charges that clearly didn't belong there! I immediately called NEDBANK ***** to find out what had happened and to block my MASTERCARD. The highly *********** woman I spoke to could barely be heard while on a mouth piece that she must have positioned miles from her mouth. She did eventually said she had blocked my MASTERCARD and put me through to another consultant to find out why no SMSs had come through to me (as per norm) to alert me of the transactions (n mention or offer to supply a ref # for the call). The consultant I was put through to this time, informed me that the transactions were indeed ********** and that he had blocked my AMEX. AMEX???? I only have MASTERCARD, no AMEX or any other CC. How could he have blocked a credit card that DOES NOT EXIST??? And....even worse....how could all those PAYPAL purchases be processed and paid out of my account through an AMEX card that DOES NOT EXIST?????? He tells me that they will investigate, refuses to give me a case number.......and does NOTHING AT ALL TO FOLLOW UP! I ended up being forced to go to my branch in Melrose Arch where one of the ladies, also gobsmacked by this incident, does all the calling around etc. as well as checking all possible ways this could have happened. It turns out that NEDBANK has willy nilly been **********ly charging me almost R2500 over the past few weeks in amounts just over R300 each. FOR CREDIT CARD CHARGES ON AN AMEX CARD THAT I DO NOT OWN! Even so, they would like to investigate????? NEDBANK YOU NEED TO REFUND ALL AMOUNTS BY YOURSELVES **********LY TAKEN AND INVESTIGATE IN-HOUSE BECAUSE IT IS APPARENT THAT THE ONLY ***** COMMITTED HERE, IS BY NEDBANK TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON! THOSE CHARGES WERE NEVER CHARGED TO MY MASTERCARD ! YET, YOU LIFT R2500 from my account for charges that are not even **********ly related to me????????? Get your ducks in a row and refund all amounts AT ONCE!
