Nedbank ********** behaviour

I went to make a withdrawal at ATM L272 TRANS 9724 on 07/10/2020 at 11:19 and received AUTH CODE: 68 stating that "the transaction has timed out" and "TRANSACTION CANCELLED" and it was the ATM that cancelled but the money was taken from the account. This is considered ***** as the ATM never gave the money but it is deducted from the account including banking fees. I thinking of taking legal action as this has not been the first time
