Nedbank **********

My sister in law lost her mom in 2013 and her mom had money at Nedbank +-250k. Since 2013, she still hasn’t been paid out by Nedbank. They always come up with different stories. She came to me in Early this year, asking for my assistance. I helped her and the money was paid into the estate account… On the first week of October 2021.

When she wanted to use the money, she was told that it’s going to be reversed because Nedbank paid it out to some guy we don’t even know. My question is, why is my sister in law affected by Nedbank’s internal *****. Where is the money that’s due to her. Why is Nedbank Mthatha CBD not giving her answers.

How many people are being treated like this, poor people who have no one to accompany them to these places. Are bank no longer SAFE for our parents to keep their monies?Why is Nedbank SA not giving my sister in law her money? Why?
