I have a credit card. *****ilent debit order went of the account from first National I have reported it to Nedbank and there response was we will not be able to help you you must go to First National no help what so ever. Have open business account and the bank manager in Newcastle did not help me at alll do not be fooled by their advertising because all they also whant to do is kille the white businesses No assistance a person call me today about the outstanding on the account and have a arrogant attitude and play the assertive game over the phone that the bank cannot assist because they say so and are not prepare to write back the debit order on the account. I see on their review they also do not act so no assistance and they will put their lawyers on me as sated from this arrogant call centre person
