Nedbank ***** Investigators NOT doing their work!

Nedbank has always been great to me, but since 27 February 2021 I had an issue with ***** on my account. Everyone was quick to help and replace my cards etc. BUT it has been 6 months and counting that I have been waiting on the investigator to contact me regarding the missing funds. I called back more than 14 times, and I even have his office number and name but my calls are never answered. All i ever wanted was feedback on what to do but no one EVER phones you back.
