Nedbank ***** Hotline on holiday

Hi, I am trying to report a ***** case at Nedbank. They keep saying they will transfer me to the ***** department. I have now been holding on for 40minutes, and the phone is just ringing. I guess by now, the person already bought McDonals a six pack of beer and enjoying it, while I am still trying to get hold of you. What is the point of having a ***** hotline, if there are no one answering the service.
