Nedbank ***** - HELP!!

@nedbank ...My mother has been banking with Nedbank for 43 years. There was ***** on her account in December and now 9 months later she ts still out of pocket 29k. She has tried for months to have this issue resolved to no avail. She is a woman, the very woman you are praising in this post... she's a nurse at a hospital who has been working with Covid patients, and has had to take days off to try and sort this issue out, only to be passed over from person to person and department to department. She has asked me to assist her and we are at our wits end. Can someone please contact me and tell me how to get this resolved. #nedbank #nedbank*****
