Nedbank ***** fees

Nedbank is such a *****. I opened a pay as you use account 2 months back online. I got fees on my account for cross border. What is that? I was then charged maintenance fees of R175. The pay as you use account doesn't have maintenance fees. I call their call centre. The agent also sees that they made a mistake and asked her manager. Came back and told me it's for annual fees. What annual fees for pay ad you use and an account I opened 2 months back. I told her that. She went back and manager said it was because my card is gold and not green and my name is embroidered on my card. does that even make sense? I told her I'm not happy and that they are lying. I was transferred to the complaints department and was told someone would call me after 24hrs. 2 days later no phone call. I am so disappointed.
