According to my account benefits , the 1st 10 transactions are free. I deposited R3300 , R620 and R500 on the 1st October , I got charged R33 , R7 and R5 for those transactions.

I spoke to a consultant on the APP and he tells me to go to a branch and I cannot do that , I have a life... why do you guys charge customers incorrectly , imagine how many other people are in the same situation and hardly check their bank statement this is *****!!
