Nedbank *****

I had an incident at a nedbank atm where i attempted to withdraw but atm machine said service failure. The card came out but no money. I called the call centre on 16 occasions and every time i called i was given incorrect information from call centre agents. Many team leaders and managers promised me they would come back to me but didnt. I am left begging for my own money yet i am a nedbank account holder and i used a nedbank atm. I cannot even explain the disgust i feel with with bank as i have been trying to get this money back for days.
