Nedbank *****

Nedbank has ****** money out my account and I'm inside the branch and the people here can't help so if been told to call the call center, which I am literally sitting waiting for someone to pickup I've been on hold for 24min 4 seconds. I need help and I don't want to close my account until the issue have been resolved
